TGIF

I know that's a lame title, guys, but I have to tell you that Fridays are suddenly very important to me right now. My days feel crazy-packed. I don't know if that's been obvious. Ever since I came to Monterey, it's just been nonstop. First, it was tireless unpacking and organizing with an occasional trip out to explore. Now, it's that + school. Here's how my days have gone this week:

7-8a: get up, have breakfast, check email/Facebook, get ready for school
8-9: drive or walk to school (obviously, I leave a little later if I'm driving)
9-2/2:30: in class, lunch, more class
2:30-3: walk or drive home
3-5:30: check email/FB, get a snack, house stuff, make phone calls, do whatever else needs doing, and start homework
5:30: realize it's time to eat and continue doing homework
6-7: make and eat dinner, more email/FB
7-8/8:30: finish homework
8:30: take a bath/shower if I haven't already, get ready for bed
9-10/10:30: watch part of a movie or play online
10/10:30: go to bed

This is a drastic change from my schedule before, even when the semester was still going on, and I was teaching 3 classes and tutoring 10 hours a week. It doesn't seem like there's a lot going on because it's the same thing every day, but I'm friggin' exhausted right now. I know there are things I can be doing right now around the house, but I'll be damned if I want to do any of them. So what if the laundry I put in the dryer last night is still sitting in there at 4:00pm?
